持续负压引流辅以重组人表皮生长因子在难愈合性创面中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨不同负压引流方法辅以重组人表皮生长因子治疗难愈合性创面的临床效果。方法将院外带入难愈性创面患者单日入院者设为观察组,双日入院者设为对照组。2组患者按外科感染伤口处理,创面喷雾重组人表皮生长因子,观察组22例27处创面行持续负压引流,对照组13例19处创面行间断负压引流,2组引流负压均为0.01￣0.04 MPa.视创面渗液的多少决定每日或隔日换药,分别在治疗3,6,9,12周进行创面愈合效果比较。结果观察组创面愈合效果明显优于对照组。结论持续负压引流辅以重组人表皮生长因子治疗难愈合性创面效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective Discusses the different negative pressure drainage method auxiliary to reorganize the model person surface growth factor to treat the difficult cicatrization injured area the clinical effect.Methods Gives extra into the difficult injured area patient the courtyard odd-numbered days to be hospitalized to suppose for the observation group,The even-numbered days in hospital supposes for the control group,Two group of patients according to surgical department infection wound processing,The injured area atomization reorganizes the model person surface growth factor,The observation group 22 example 27 injured areas are in charge of mass for the dead continue the negative pressure drainage,Control group 13 example 19 injured area line of interrupted negative pressure drainage,Two group of drainage negative pressure are 0.01~0.04 mPa,Regards the injured area to infiltrate the fluid how many decisions every day or trades the medicine every other day,The distinction is treating 3,6,9,12 W to carry on the injured area cicatrization effect comparison.Results The observation group injured area cicatrization effect surpasses the control group obviously.Conclusion Continues the negative pressure drainage auxiliary to reorganize the model person surface growth factor to treat the difficult cicatrization injured area effect to be good,it is worth the clinical promoted application.
