摘　　要：新律师法的实施对职务犯罪侦查工作产生了较大影响。鉴于新律师法与刑诉法相关条文的冲突,文章阐述了在职务侦查过程中应对修改后律师法的一些建议。The implementation of the new Law on Lawyers has influenced the detection of Jobbery Crime deeply.In view of the conflict of the new Law on Lawyers and the relevant provisions of Criminal procedure law,this paper elaborates some suggestions to deal with the new Law on Lawyers during the detection of Jobbery Crime.
