摘　　要：目的了解泰州职业技术学院护理学专业学生家长糖尿病的流行及影响发病的危险因素,探讨针对中年群体的糖尿病防治对策。方法对2004-2009级护理学专业学生家长进行糖尿病流行病学调查分析。结果糖尿病患病率1.92%,且患病率随年龄上升而逐渐升高,50岁以上患病率明显增加(x2=17.09,P<0.01);年龄、文化程度、糖尿病家族史、是否锻炼、体质指数与糖尿病发病相关。结论积极防控高危人群的危险因素,可预防或延缓糖尿病的发生发展。Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes and diabetic risk factors,and discuss the countermeasure to prevent diabetes in middle-aged group among nursing students＇ parents of Taizhou Polytechnic College.Methods To survey and analyze the epidemiology among nursing students＇ parents.Results The morbidity rate of diabetes was 1.92%,which increased with age.The morbidity rate was significantly higher among people over age 50（χ2=17.09,P0.01）.Age,degree of education,family history of diabetes,BWI and exercise are correlative factors of diabetes.Conclusion Controlling and preventing the risk factors may decrease the occurrence of diabetes in high risk group
