摘  要:针对BSSF滚筒法钢渣水淬工艺尾气排放存在的湿度高、间歇性、波动性大、烟尘粒径小等特点,提出了采用旋流喷雾除尘和自激式湿法除尘的联合工艺,结合工程应用对除尘效果进行了理论分析和数值模拟论证。结果表明:在除尘器前的管道内采用气雾两相喷枪进行喷雾,通过微细尘粒与液滴发生碰撞凝并,可以使捕集颗粒物尺度增大。在管道截面平均风速5.0 m/s、起旋器入口与管道截面积比在4.0时,喷雾的液气比不低于0.7 L/m3,该净化工艺可以达到除尘要求。Aiming at the characteristics as high humidity,intermittence,big volatility,small size of dust particle etc of the tail gas from steel slag water quenching by BSSF roller method,it was proposed combined process of swirling spray dusting and self-stimulated wet dusting.And it was demonstrated the dedusting effect of the process by the specific engineering examples and combined with the theory analysis and numerical simulation.The results show that the size of particulates can be increased.adopting aerosol two-phase gun to spray in the pipe at the front of the dust removal equipment,and through the collision between subtle motes and droplets.When the pipeline section average wind speeds are 5 m/s,and cylinder entrance and pipeline section area ratio is around 4,the liquid-gas ratio is not less than 0.7,the purification process can achieve dedusting requirements.
