产业集群发展战略是沈阳经济区一体化的关键

摘　　要：产业集群对区域经济一体化具有重要作用,能够促进交易成本的降低,促进规模经济的形成,并提高区域之间的贸易效应和竞争效应。但是目前沈阳经济区的产业集群还存在着政策法规不健全、产业链不完善、产业结构趋同及技术水平低等问题,需要政府加强法规建设,突出沈阳优势,完善产业链,调整产业结构,并推进技术创新。Industry cluster is critical in the unification of regional economy,which can lower the transaction costs,promote the formation of scale economy and improve the trade effects and competition effects between regions.But currently there are still problems in the industry clusters in Shenyang economic zone,such as the policies and regulations imperfect,industrial chains unsound,industrial structures convergent and technological levels low.To solve all these problems,the government need strengthen the regulations construction,outstand the advantages of Shenyang,improve the industrial chains,adjust the industrial structures and promote technological innovation.
