摘 要:对IF钢板分别进行了模拟连续退火和快速退火,运用EBSD技术对退火钢板的显微组织进行了研究,测试了退火钢板的力学性能,探讨了退火工艺对IF钢显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:与模拟连续退火工艺相比,快速退火工艺使IF钢板晶粒更加细小均匀且同样具有强烈的γ-<111>//ND再结晶织构,但导致IF钢规定非比例延伸强度Rp0.2升高,断后伸长率降低,塑性应变比r90降低。Simulated continuous annealing and rapid annealing were carried out for IF steel, respectively. The microstructure of the annealed IF steel was studied by EBSD technique and the mechanical property was tested in tensile testing machine, then the effect of annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical property of IF steel was discussed. As compared to simulated continuous annealing process, the results show that the rapid annealing process refines the grain size and makes IF steel possess intense γ- 〈 111 〉//ND recrystallization texture, and leads to increase in extension strength at non-proportional ( Rp0.2 ) and decrease in percentage elongation after fracture and plastic strain ratio (r90) for IF steel.
