摘　　要：目的:建立了HPLC法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪胶囊的含量及有关物质。方法:色谱柱为ThermoC18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈—三乙胺高氯酸溶液(取三乙胺2ml,置1000ml水中,用高氯酸调节pH2.0)(20:80),检测波长246nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:40℃。结果:盐酸特拉唑嗪在2～34μg·mL-1浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);盐酸特拉唑嗪的平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=0.3%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏性好,并能有效地控制药品质量。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of assay and its related substances of terazosin hydrochloride Capsule.Method：A Thermo C18（250×4.6mm,5μm）column was adopted with a mobile phase of a mixture of triethylamine perchloric acid solution（add 2 ml of triethyiamine to a 1000 ml of water,adjusted pH value to 2.0 with perchloric acid）-acetonitrile（20：80）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detector wavelength at 246 nm,Column tempreture was 40℃.Results：The average recovery of terazosin hydrochloride Capsule（n=9）was 100.4% with RSD=0.3%,The liner ranges of terazosin hydrochloride was 2～34μg·mL-1（r=0.9999）.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate,sensitive,it can be used for the control of quality of terazosin hydrochloride Capsules.
