摘　　要：目的:探讨维吾尔族和汉族妇女宫颈炎组织中TAP1、TAP2、β2-MG蛋白阳性率表达。方法:采用常规免疫组化S-P法和改良法检测65例(汉族35例,维吾尔族30例)宫颈炎组织中TAP1、TAP2、β2-MG蛋白表达。结果:TAP1、TAP2和β2-MG蛋白在改良后免疫组化S-P法中阳性率的表达为(81.54%、96.92%、95.38%),明显高于常规法(26.15%、36.92%、38.46%)(P<0.005)。结论:通过实验方法的改进,宫颈炎组织中TAP1、TAP2、β2-MG的阳性率检测明显提高,可以把它们作为宫颈炎的标记物,以提高临床上宫颈炎的检出率。Objective：To study the proteins TAP1,TAP2 and β_2-MG expression were positive in cervicitis tissues in Urghur and Han nationalities women.Methods：The expression of proteins TAP1,TAP2 and β2-MG in 65 cervicitis tissues including 35 Han and 30 Urghur women were evaluated with S-P immunohistochemistry and improved method.Results：There were significant differences in the expression of TAP1,TAP2 and β2-MG proteins in improved immunohistochemical S-P（81.54%,96.92%,95.38%,）compared to the expression of those in conventional method（26.15%,36.92%,38.46%）in human cervicitis（P0.005）.Conclusion：This study suggested the detection of TAP1,TAP2 and β2-MG expression will improve the diagnosis rate of cervicitis.
