摘　　要：本文介绍了一个采购管理系统的设计思路和实现过程，对系统需求分析、系统设计、系统实现等进行了详细的描述，给出了系统实现所需的业务流程、功能模块和数据结构，并采用C／S（Client／Server）的体系结构，以Sybase为后台数据库，Power Builder9．0为开发工具进行系统开发。The paper introduces the design thought and the realization process of the purchasing management system and describes the demand analysis,the system design and the system implementation in detail,based on which the business procedure,the business module and the data structure were established and the system development was carded out with the using of the C/S（Client/Server）as the system structure,Sybase as the background database and PowerBuilder9.0 as the development tool.
