摘 要:[目的]研究叶面喷硒对水稻不同部位含硒量的影响。[方法]采用随机区组试验,向水稻叶面喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠溶液;采用原子荧光光谱法测定不同时期水稻茎、叶、穗的含硒量。[结果]叶面喷硒可明显提高水稻中硒含量,大米硒含量随喷硒浓度的增加而增加。水稻叶、茎、稻谷和大米的硒含量分别从对照的0.85、0.14、0.12、0.03 mg/kg上升至5.48、1.32、2.01、1.37 mg/kg,分别增加了544.7%、842.8%、1 575.0%、4 466.7%。经施硒处理的水稻,低硒处理(50 mg/kg)叶的含硒量随采样时间的延迟前期降低,后期略有上升,其他处理叶的含硒量随采样时间的延迟而逐渐降低;茎和稻谷的含硒量均为随采样时间的延迟前期上升,后期降低。[结论]喷施100 mg/kg浓度的亚硒酸钠可满足富硒大米的要求。[Objective] Sodium selenite was sprayed on the leaves of rice to study the effect of Se content in each parts of rice.[Method] Different concentrations of sodium selenite were sprayed to rice leaves in filed randomized block experiments;AFS method was used for the determination of selenium in rice′s various parts at different periods.[Result] The results showed that foliar application of selenium can significantly increase Se content in rice,and with the increasing of sprayed Se concentration,Se content in rice also increased.Se content in leaves were increased 544.7% from 0.85 mg/kg to 5.48 mg/kg,stems were increased 842.8% from 0.14 mg/kg to 1.32 mg/kg,paddy were increased 1 575.0% from 0.12 mg/kg to 2.01 mg/kg,rice were increased 4 466.7% from 0.03 mg/kg to 1.37 mg/kg.But after treated,Se content of leaves in low concentration treatment(50 mg/kg) decreased in the early stage and increased little in late stage.Se content of leaves in other treatments decreased with the delay of sampling time.Se content in the stems and grain increased during the early stage,then reduced during in late stage.[Conclusion] It can satisfy the requirement of rich Se rice by spraying 100 mg/kg sodium selenium.
