摘 要:[目的]研究超声辅助提取半边莲黄酮苷的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以乙醇溶液为提取剂,采用正交试验法对半边莲黄酮苷提取过程中的乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比4个因素进行优选。[结果]最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为50%,提取时间为35min,提取温度50℃,料液比为15∶0。在此条件下,黄酮苷的含量可达4.209 2 mg/g。[结论]该法提取率高、稳定性好,适合半边莲黄酮苷的测定。[Objective] To study the optimal extraction technical parameters of flavonoids g1ycosides from HERBA LOBELIAE CHINENSIS.by ultrasonic-assisted extraction.[Method]With ethanol as the extracting solvent,the orthogonal design was employed to test the effects of four factors like ethanol concentration,extraction time,temperature and ratio of solid to liquid.[Result]The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration of 50%,extraction duration of 35 min,extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and solid to liquid ratio of 1∶50.The content of falconoid glycosides can reach 4.209 2 mg/g under the optimal conditions.[Conclusion] High in extraction rate and good in stability,the method favored the determination of flavonoids g1ycosides from HERBA LOBELIAE CHINENSIS.
