藏药川西小黄菊抗缺氧作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨藏药川西小黄菊的抗缺氧作用。[方法]选取健康昆明种小鼠160只,分别作密闭缺氧试验和完全脑缺氧试验。随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组和川西小黄菊大、小剂量组,连续灌胃10 d,分别观察小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间和断头喘气时间。[结果]与空白对照组相比,川西小黄菊醇提取液能明显延长小鼠密闭缺氧与断头喘气时间(P<0.05;P<0.01),但试药组间无显著差异。[结论]川西小黄菊具有显著的抗缺氧作用。[Objective] To discuss the anti-hypoxia effect of Tibetan medicine Pyrethrum tatsienense.[Method] One hundred and sixty health Kunming mice were used,and were subdivided into four groups randomly like blank,positive CK,high Pyrethrum tatsienense dosage group and low Pyrethrum tatsienense dosage group.The mice in each group all were given medicine for 10 days,and were observed survival time of hypoxia under normal pressure and gasping time of decapitation,respectively.[Result] In comparison with blank,the mice in Pyrethrum tatsienense group were longer in survival time of hypoxia and gasping time（P0.01;P0.05）,while the differences between medicine groups were not significant.[Conclusion] Pyrethrum tatsienense showed anti-hypoxia effect.
