摘　　要：[目的]建立黑老虎药材中总木脂素的含量测定方法。[方法]采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定黑老虎中总木脂素含量。[结果]五味子酯甲在0.008 16~0.040 8 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 1）,平均回收率为100.37%,RSD值为0.98%。广西防城产黑老虎中总木脂素含量最高。[结论]紫外分光光度法简便易行、快速准确,适用于黑老虎中木脂素含量的测定。[Objective] To establish a method for determining the lignans content in Kadsura coccinea（Lem.） A.C.Smith.[Method] With schisantherin A as the control,the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was adopted to study the determination method of lignans content in Kadsura coccinea（Lem.） A.C.Smith.,and to determine the lignans content in the Kadsura coccinea（Lem.） A.C.Smith.from three different places.[Result] The standard curve was y=20.368x＋0.067 6,schisantherin A showed good linear relationship（r=0.999 1） within the range of 0.008 16~0.040 8 mg/ml,the average recovery was 100.37%,RSD was 0.98%.[Conclusion]The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was easy,rapid and accurate,which was applicable to determining the content of lignans in Kadsura coccinea（Lem.） A.C.Smith.
