特色农业与民营企业共赢模式研究——以四川省凉山彝族自治州苦荞麦产业为例

摘　　要：以苦荞麦产业为例,针对凉山彝族地区突出的资源优势,核心竟争力和扶贫问题,论述了要实现特色农业与民营企业共赢,需构建"四大模块",围绕"三条主线",打造"两大基石",实现"一个主题"。Taking the case of duck wheat industry,aiming at the prominent resources advantages,core competitiveness and poverty problems of Yi nationality in Liangshan area,the paper discusses that it is necessary to construct ＂Four Models＂,encircle ＂Three Mainlines＂,build ＂Two Bases＂ and realize ＂One Topic＂ to realize the win-win of specialized agriculture and private enterprises.
