摘　　要：介绍了在特色数据库的建设中选题论证、素材数字化过程、数据库建设等环节所要注意的问题,同时还就版权问题提出了"合理使用"的方法。In this article,some aspects about the characteristic database construction were introduced,such as the subject selection and examination,material digitalization process,database construction,and at the same time,the ＂intelligent use＂method on the copyright problem was proposed.
