摘　　要：网络技术在图书馆的广泛应用,对图书馆外部信息环境、内部运作机制和服务理念都产生了深远的影响。如何让读者更有效地利用图书馆网络资源成为现代图书馆员经常探讨的问题,在利用网络资源之前不论是软件还是硬件都要满足一定的条件。Network technology was widely used in the library,which showed significant influence on the external information environment of library,the internal operation mechanism and service philosophy.How to more effectively use the library network resources were the problems of librarians usually discussed.Prior to the use of network resources,whether software or hardware,are to meet certain conditions.
