复方茵陈注射液致腮腺肿大3例

摘　　要：3例患者均诊断为肝炎肝硬化乙型活动性,因黄疸升高给予复方茵陈注射液50 mL加入10%葡萄糖注射液(或5%葡萄糖注射液)100 mL静滴。3例患者分别在用药后当天、第2天、第3天,出现双侧腮腺肿大,立即停用复方茵陈注射液,给予对症治疗或不处理,均在停药第2天症状消失。Three patients who were diagnosed as hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis received an intravenous infusion of Fufangyinchen injection 50 mL and glucose injection （5% or 10%） 100 mL for the treatment of jaundice. After 1, 2, 3 days, 3 cases experienced bilateral swelling of parotid gland, respectively. Fufangyinchen injections were stopped, one day later their symptoms disappeared with or without symptomatic treatment.
