四季穴位贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病44例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察不同季节中药穴位贴敷治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效。[方法]对门诊105例稳定期COPD随机分为试验组44例使用白芥子、细辛、元胡等研面,对照组61例用玉米面,两组均于三伏、秋分、三九、春分四个季节给予穴位贴敷,观察治疗后1个月临床症状、免疫学指标以及治疗半年、1年后的变化情况。[结果]治疗1月后临床症状、免疫数据等改善试验组好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组三伏、秋分、三九季节穴位贴敷半年后症状改善好于春分季节(P<0.05)。[结论]在春夏秋冬四季进行中药穴位贴敷治疗COPD,均可收到增强免疫、缓解症状的效果,三伏、秋分、三九季节穴位贴敷好于春分季节。[Objective]To observe the different seasons of acupoint sticking therapy for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients.[Methods]105 patients with stable outpatients with COPD were randomly divided into test group of 44 patients using the Mustard Seed,Asarum,Yuan Hu and other research side,the control group of 61 patients with cornmeal,two groups were in the dog day,Autumnal Equinox,the March,Equinox four season given acupoint application,observed 1 month after treatment the clinical symptoms,immunological parameters and six months after treatment,1 year after the change.[Results]after 1 month of clinical symptoms,immunological data,and to improve the test group was better than the control group（P0.05）;test group dog day,Autumnal Equinox,the March season acupoint application six months after the symptoms better than the vernal equinox seasons（P0.05）.[Conclusion]In four seasons for acupoint sticking therapy for COPD,may receive enhanced immunity,the effect of relieving symptoms,dog day,Autumnal Equinox,the March equinox season better than season acupoint application.
