摘　　要：[目的]观察针刀结合骨创伤治疗仪治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]选择78例神经根型颈椎病患者予颈部压痛点针刀治疗,配合骨创伤治疗仪于颈部治疗,2周为1个疗程。[结果]78例中,治愈41例,显效28例,有效9例,总有效率100%。[结论]针刀结合骨创伤治疗仪治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。[Objective]To clinically observe on treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis by knife acupuncture plus therapeutic equipment of bone injuries.[Methods]Choosing 78 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis,selecting points of tenderness in acupuncture plus therapeutic equipment of bone injuries,a treatment is 14 days.[Results]41 cases were cured,28 cases had marked effect,9 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 100%.[Conclusion]Treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis by knife acupuncture plus therapeutic equipment of bone injuries has a good effect.
