摘  要:以癸二酸、辛醇为原料,以固体酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2为催化剂合成癸二酸二辛酯。研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件是:反应温度225℃,反应时间2.5h,n(辛醇):n(癸二酸)为2.8:1,催化剂用量占体系总质量的0.8%,癸二酸二辛酯的收率达到98.73%。催化剂可循环使用多次。该催化剂具有催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。The dioctyl sebacate was synthesized from iso-octyl alcohol and decanedioic acid using solid superacid SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2 as catalyst.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio and the content of catalyst on the synthesis were studied.The proper technological conditions were given as follows:the reaction temperature is 225℃,reaction time is 2.5h,n(iso-octyl alcohol):n(decanedioic acid) is 2.8:1 and the content of catalyst is 0.8%by the total system mass.The yield of the product is 98.73%.The catalyst could be used for many times without any treatments.Experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages such as high activity,non-corrosive and pollution-free to the environment.
