摘　　要：矿产资源整合可能导致矿产资源开发利益格局的非均衡发展、增加经济社会发展的不确定性程度、挫伤矿产民营经济发展的信心、强化开发中的地方保护主义、渺视市场规则、形成矿产资源开发垄断后遗症的质疑等风险。This paper focuses on the risks caused by the integration of mineral resources,such as uneven development of the pattern of development and utilization of mineral resources,increasing the degree of uncertainty of social and economic development,puncturing the confidence of mineral private economic development,intensifying local protectionism in the course of development,defying market rules,querying the validity of monopoly and exploitation of mineral resources.
