水性聚苯胺防腐厚浆涂料的研制

摘　　要：利用乳液聚合法制备了可以直接作为防腐主要组分之一的水性聚苯胺,并得到了较优配方和工艺。其中合成聚苯胺基本配方为：DBSA10.69 g,An 9.3 g,APS22.82 g,水80~90 mL;工艺为：APS溶液和An同时滴加,聚合反应时间为5 h。Waterborne polyaniline which can be used as main composite of anticorrosive coating was prepared by using emulsion polymerization method and optimum formula and process were also obtained.The basic formula for synthesis of polyaniline：DBSA 10.69 g,An 9.3 g,APS 22.82 g,water 80 ~ 90 mL.The synthesis process as follow：APS solution and An were dropped into the system at the same time and polymerization time is about 5 h.
