摘　　要：阐述了车身设计对内腔电泳成膜的影响,通过试验确定影响内腔成膜的因素,制定出产品车身设计过程中的相关涂装技术标准,提升内腔的电泳成膜。The influence of car body design to internal cavity electrophoresis film formation was described in this paper,the factor which influence inner cavity film formation were determined by experiment and the relevant coating technology standard during car design process were worked out,the inner cavity electrophoresis film formation was improved.
