摘　　要：莪术二酮是中药莪术的主要活性成分之一,具有抗炎镇痛、抗血栓等作用。文章介绍了莪术二酮的结构性状、药理活性及生物制剂等方面的相关研究,并对其研究进展进行总结,为更好地认识这种天然药物并对其深入开发和合理使用奠定基础。Curdione is a main active component of trueborn herb Curcuma, which shows a good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antithrombotic activity. It is of great importance to summarize the study for better understanding this natural drug, and for its in-depth development and rational use. In this res structure, properties and pharmacological activity of eurdione, as well as its research progress were summarized.
