摘 要:目前,高混凝土面板堆石坝中已开始出现面板接缝混凝土挤压破坏的现象。以猴子岩面板堆石坝已有垫层表面位移成果为依据,建立面板和垫层的子结构静动力有限元模型,采用数值分析方法分析不同垂直缝垫缝材料对面板应力的影响,进而提出垫缝材料的选取建议。结论为,所涉及的两种垂直缝垫缝材料均能有效降低面板的水平向最大压应力和水平向最大压应变,其中桦木方案由于可以有效降低面板坡向压应变,对于防止面板的水平向挤压破坏明显有利,故推荐为垂直缝的垫缝材料。The concrete spalling failure of the slab joints in high CFRD has appeared in current engineering practices. Based on existing displacement data of cushion surface of Houziyan CFRD, the static and dynamic FEM-based sub-structure models including slab and cushion are set up. The effects of different vertical joint sealing materials on stresses of concrete slab are analyzed by numerical method, and the suitable joint sealing material is suggested. The studies show that both of the two studied joint sealing materials can effectively decrease the maximum compressive stress and strain in horizontal direction, and in which, the birch is more suitable as sealing material because it can effectively decrease the maximum compressive strain in slop direction and can prevent slab spalling failure in horizontal direction.
