摘 要:采用近似公式和计算机仿真两种方法,对索风营水电站进行了机组调节保证计算,结果显示机组最大转速和蜗壳最大压力近似公式计算值均小于仿真计算结果。通过对计算理论进行分析,认为近似公式计算不确定因素较多,计算值与实际值偏差较大,可能造成电站设计安全余度不足,同时对近似公式系数取值的修正进行了探讨,为引水系统布置简单的水电工程调节保证计算提供参考。The approximate formula and computer simulating were used to calculate the regulating guarantee of units in Suofengying Hydropower Station respectively. The results show that the maximum unit speed and the maximum spiral case pressure obtained by the approximate calculation are less than the values of simulating calculation respectively. The theoretical analysis shows that there are many uncertainties in the approximate formula and the calculating resuhs are more than the actual values by a huge difference and cause an inadequate power station design safety redundancy. The corrections on the coefficients in approximation formula are proposed herein, which can provide a reference for the regulating guarantee calculation of hydropower stations with a simple water diversion system layout.
