摘　　要：分析了区域供冷系统目前应用中的突出问题,讨论了区域供冷在国内典型建筑中的经济性和定价方式,认为区域供冷技术适用于以公建为主的区域,而不适用于单独住宅的区域。Analyses conspicuous problems in the application of district cooling systems.Discusses the economical applicability and the pricing method of the system for typical buildings in China.Considers that the system is suitable for areas constituted mainly by public buildings and not for where by separate residential buildings.
