摘　　要：职业信用管理体系的完善是保证人力资源充分融入市场经济的必要前提,而我国职业信用缺失问题还很严重,直接影响了我国人力资源市场的整体发展。因此,必须采取相应的措施构建我国职业信用管理体系。Improvement of professional credit management is the premise of ensuring human resources into market economy.However,there are still so many flaws in professional credit management in China,which affect the sound development of human resources market.China must set up professional credit management system by taking some measures such as improving laws governing professional credit,conducting education of professional credit,attaching importance to investigation on individual professional credit before signing labour contract and so on.
