摘 要:同步发电机的励磁绕组匝间短路故障会引起机械振动,而研究故障时的电磁转矩是分析机械振动特性的基础。文中首先基于多回路数学模型计算了短路故障后的电磁转矩,计算中全面考虑了定、转子绕组产生的各种次数、转速、转向的空间磁场之间的相互作用;对一台12kW、3对极隐极同步发电机样机进行了仿真计算及实验的比对验证;从分析故障后定、转子电流的谐波特征及其产生的磁场入手对电磁转矩特征进行了理论分析。文中深入分析了励磁绕组匝间短路故障对电磁转矩的影响机理,为利用机械振动特征进行故障监测提供了依据。The inter-turn short circuit of field winding in synchronous generator may cause mechanical vibration,and the study of the electromagnetic torque during the fault will set the foundation for characteristics analysis on the mechanical vibration.The electromagnetic torque in case of field winding short circuits is calculated based on multi-loop mathematical model.In the calculation,the complex interactions of different kinds of components of air-gap magnetic fields,including the space fundamental and harmonics,produced by stator and rotor windings and rotating in different directions with various speed,are taken into consideration.Then the experiments on a 12 kW synchronous generator with three pairs of non-salient pole are carried out,and the results are consistent with the calculation.Furthermore,theoretical analysis on the electromagnetic torque characteristics is made,according to the harmonic characteristics of the stator and rotor fault currents as well as the magnetic fields excited by all the currents.The paper provides some insight into the influence of the inter-turn short circuits of field windings upon the electromagnetic torque,and it also offers a basis for utilizing mechanical vibration characteristics in fault monitoring.
