摘　　要：北京市人大代表、本刊法律顾问卫爱民律师呼吁:要切实维护建筑工人的权益和尊严,必须对"高温"及与之相关劳动者的权益和尊严认识到位、立法到位、执行到位。Attorney Wei Ai'ming,Beijing NPC member and our legal adviser,calls for practically protecting the rights and dignity of construction workers,fully recognizing 'high temperature' and the rights and dignity of laborers related and having legislation and enforcement in place.He believes that high temperature is a kind of natural disaster and the laborer's health and dignity shall be protected under 'high temperature' and enterprises shall re-account their costs;legislation is important but enforcement in place is much important.
