摘　　要：铁路和高速公路是交通运输的大动脉,在其向前延伸的过程中,无论地质结构怎样复杂,气候条件怎样恶劣,生活环境怎样艰苦,都难不倒敢打硬仗的建设者。唯有一种困局,至今依然捆缚着筑路人的手脚,使原本不该延误的工期一延再延。引起这种困局的原因不是技术难题,也不是资金缺口,而是形形色色的施工干扰。Railway and expressway are arterial of transportation.Builders are willing to solve challenges and had never been beaten by complex geological structure,harsh climate and hard living condition during construction.But a great number of projects are stopped by a variety of construction interferences and the construction period which should not be delayed is delayed more than once.Our reporter tried to find out the root cause behind the construction interference on the construction site.
