摘  要:采用半连续单体滴加法合成了粒径约40 nm分布均一的丙烯酸酯微乳液。考察了乳化剂的种类、配比、用量及反应型乳化剂V-20S的引入对乳液及涂膜性能的影响,跟踪测试了乳液聚合过程中粒径的变化,探讨了聚合过程中不同阶段的粒径大小和分布变化。结果表明:以MS-1/SDS/OP-10为乳化剂且质量比为0.7∶0.2∶0.5所制备微乳液性能较好,反应型乳化剂V-20S用量为0.6%,乳化剂总用量为3%时,合成出的乳液粒径为43.1 nm,乳液聚合稳定性好,涂膜附着力为1级,耐水时间超过500 h。Polyacrylate microemulsion with particle size about 40 nm was synthesized by monomer dropping semi - continuous emulsion polymerization process. The effects of emulsifier type, emulsifier ratio and functional emulsifier V -20S on the emulsion stability, particle size and film properties were investigated. The change of particl size during the emulsion polymerization process was examined. The results indicated that when MS - 1/SDS/OP - 10 emulsifier ratio was 0. 7: 0.2: 0. 5, the resulted microemulsion showed good properties. As V -20S 0. 6% and total emulsifier 3%, the particle size of the resulted microemulsion was 43.1 nm. The film showed good stability, adhesion 1 level, and water resistance over 500 h.
