摘  要:建立了加速溶剂萃取/气相色谱质谱联用技术分析菜地土壤中16种多氯联苯的新方法。优化后的萃取条件为:60%提取池的丙酮∶正几烷(体积比1∶1)为萃取剂,萃取时间为5 min。16种多氯联苯均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.993,加标回收率为92.1%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~7.7%,检出限为0.24~1.82 ng/mL。应用于菜地土壤中多氯联苯的检测,结果满意。A new method was developed for the determination of 16 PCBs in vegetable soil by accelerated solvent extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The extraction conditions were optimized.A good extraction efficiency was obtained by using 60% of the extraction cell acetone and hexane as extraction solvent,extracting for 5 min.The calibration curves for 16 PCBs all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.993.The spiked recoveries ranged from 92.1% to 104.3% with relative standard deviations of 2.5%~7.7%.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.24~1.82 ng·mL-1.The method was applied in the determination for PCBs in vegetable soil with satisfactory results.
