摘　　要：粮食安全问题,早已引起了"两会"代表、社会各界和新闻媒体的广泛关注与热烈讨论。中国要实现2020年粮食安全指标,要依靠12个粮食主产区,而华北是中国小麦玉米的主产区。利用SWTO战略对粮食主产区发展所面临的内外环境进行分析,提出了国家粮食安全的区域支持方案。Grain production security have already caused the CPPCC,representatives of the society from all walks of life and news media attention and a heated discussion.China will be achieve grain security index in 2020,must dependent on 12 major grain-producing areas.The corn and wheat in North China is the main producing areas in China.The paper analysed the major grain-producing areas development facing internal and external environment,using SWOT strategys.At last,The paper proposed strategic plan about Grain production.
