摘  要:目的:介绍甲活检的取材方法,通过甲单位组织病理改变,为非真菌性甲病提供诊断依据。方法:对66例无任何皮肤、黏膜损害的非真菌性甲病患者,通过纵行甲活检手术取得标本,进行甲单位组织病理检查。结果:根据甲单位组织病理改变诊断为:甲银屑病16例、甲扁平苔藓22例、甲非特异性湿疹样变22例、连续性肢端皮炎6例。结论:甲单位组织病理学检查对确定非真菌性甲病的发病原因非常重要。纵行甲活检手术较安全、损伤小、疼痛轻,不会引起甲部的严重畸形。Objective: To introduce a method of nail biopsy that could provide evidence to diagnose acquired non-fungal onychopathy by nail unit histopathologic change. Methods: We have made histopathologic examination on nail unit by longitudinal nail biopsy on 66 cases of acquired non-fungal onyehopathy without any lesion of skin and mucous membrane. Resldts: According to the nail unit histopathologic change, these cases have been diagnosed as nail psoriasis(16 cases), nail lichen planus(22 eases), nail nonspecific eczematous changes (22 cases) and acrodermatitis continua(6 cases). Conclusions: Nail unit histopathnlogic examination could provide important evidence for the diagnosis of non-fungal onychopathy. Longitudinal nail biopsy was a safe, slightly traumatic, slightly painful method, and will not cause severe abnormality of the nail.
