摘 要:采用Li-6400XT便携式光合作用测定仪对姜花属的思茅姜花(Hedychium simaoense Y.Y.Qian)、古林菁圆瓣姜花(H.sp.)和红姜花(H.coccineum Smith)的光合日变化和光响应特征进行了测定。结果表明:日变化测定中,3种植物的净光合速率均为"双峰"型,存在光合午休现象,水分利用率表现为古林菁圆瓣姜花>思茅姜花>红姜花,光响应最大净光合速率分别为14.2、4.73、7.53μmol/m2.s。红姜花耐旱能力稍差,古林菁圆瓣姜花的高水分利用率、高净光合速率和低最大净光合速率显示出其对栽培地偏干旱环境的强适应性。3种植物的光补偿点分别为4.24、17.3、-3.05μmol/m2.s,相对于其他植物较低,均具有较强的耐荫性。其中思茅姜花还具有较高的光饱和点,表明其对光照的适应性较强,可配置于全光照条件下。Diurnal variations of photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic light-response of Hedychium simaoense Y.Y.Qian,H.sp.,H.coccineum Smith,which are three species of Hedychium,were examined and analyzed by Li-6400 portable photosynthetic system.The results demonstrated that: the diurnal variations tendency of net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of the three species all showed twin-peaked curve with an obvious midday-depress.The water use efficiency(WUE) decreased as follows: H.sp.H.simaoenseH.coccineum.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax) of the materials were respectively 14.2,4.73,7.53 μmol/m2·s.The drought tolerant ability of H.coccineum was a bit weak,while the high water use efficiency(WUE),high net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and high maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax) of H.sp.showed strong adaptability to the cultivation of partial drought environment.The light compensation point(LCP) of the materials were respectively 4.24,17.3,-3.05 μmol/m2·s,which indicates that they could utilize lower light irradiance and perfectly acclimate to low light conditions compared with other plants.Especially H.coccineum had high light saturation point(LSP),which shows high ability to acclimate to the high light irradiance.It could be utilized in full exposure conditions in landscape configuration.
