摘  要:研究不同浓度NaCl处理对盐生植物盐豆木种子萌发和生理生态特性变化的影响,探究了NaCl胁迫对盐生植物伤害的原因。以盐豆木为实验材料,研究盐胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗抗氧化酶系统的影响。研究结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,盐豆木种子的发芽率、发芽指数以及活力指数均呈下降趋势;盐豆木幼苗叶片SOD、CAT活性以及MDA含量发生明显变化,总体均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。The purpose was to study the changes of seed germination and physiological and ecological response mechanisms of Halimodendron halodendron under the condition of NaCl solution so as to explore the cause of NaCl stress hurting halophyte.The tested material Halimodendron halodendron was treated with the different concentration of NaCl,and the influences of the salt stresses on the seed germination and antioxidant system of seeding were studied through comparison.The results showed that germination rate,germination index and vigor index all decreased gradually with increasing NaCl concentration,the salt caused antioxidant enzyme system(CAT,SOD) activity of the plant change significantly,the trend was first increased and then decreased;the salt stress also caused MDA content of the plant change,the trend was first increased then decreased too.It was clear that the NaCl stress affected the content of seed germination and physiological and ecological characteristics of Halimodendron halodendron.
