摘 要:采用溶液培养,研究不同浓度的硅(0、30、80、130、180 mg/L SiO2)对镉(4 mg/LCd2+)胁迫下水稻幼苗茎叶生物量及其镉含量的影响。结果表明:随着SiO2浓度的增加,茎叶鲜重和干重呈现出增加趋势,当SiO2浓度≥30 mg/L时,茎叶鲜重分别为对照的91.96%、92.06%、98.79%、94.75%,茎叶干重分别为对照的94.7%、96.32%、98.86%、97.08%。当SiO2浓度为130 mg/L时,其生物量接近对照的生物量。此外,随着SiO2浓度的增加,茎叶Cd含量均比Cd污染浓度时低,分别减少了21.32%、42.56%、43.27%、44.59%,且茎叶>茎鞘>叶片;且90%以上的Cd均分布在茎鞘中。The cadmium distribution regulation of cadmium stress by silicon in the Oryza sativa seedlings was studied by hydroponic culture method.Oryza sativa seedlings were treated with Cd2+ at 4.0 mg/L and SiO2 at 0,30,80,130,180 mg/L concentrations.The results showed that the fresh weight and dry weight of stem and leaf showed an increasing trend with increasing concentrations of SiO2.When the SiO2 concentration ≥ 30 mg/L,the fresh weight of stem and leaf were the 91.96%,92.06%,98.79%,94.75% of CK's,and the dry weight were 94.7%,96.32%,98.86%,97.08%.When the SiO2 concentration was 130 mg/L,its biomass was close to CK.In addition,with the increasing concentrations of SiO2,the Cd content of stem and leaf were reduced by 21.32%,42.56%,43.27%,44.59% than the low concentration of cadmium contamination,stem and leaf stem and sheath leaf,90% of the Cd content were distributed in the stem and sheath.
