中药制剂对蛋鸭生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：研究了中药制剂健胃增蛋散对蛋鸭生产性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明:该中药制剂具有提高产蛋率,降低料蛋比和降低蛋黄胆固醇含量的作用;试验组与对照组相比,产蛋率明显提高、料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),其中蛋鸭料蛋比由2.74下降到2.35,降低14.23%,蛋黄胆固醇由49.38 mmol/L下降到32.49 mmol/L,降低34.20%。The paper studied the influence of ＂Jian Wei Zeng Dan San＂ on growth performance and egg quality of laying duck.The results showed that it could raise the laying rate and reduced the material egg ratio,reduce the cholesterol content of egg yolk.Compared with the control group and the test group,egg laying rate increase and the material egg ratio decreased,the material egg compares from 2.74 drops to 2.31,reduced 14.23%.The cholesterol content of egg yolk from 49.38 mmol/L droped to 32.49 mmol/L,reduced 34.20%.
