基于秩相关系数法评价东塔鱼类产卵场浮游植物生物量变化趋势

摘　　要：依据2005—2010年对广西桂平市东塔鱼类产卵场水体叶绿素a含量连续监测所取得的数据,采用Danniel趋势检验的Spearman秩相关系数法对该产卵场水体叶绿素a含量变化趋势进行研究分析。结果表明:该产卵场水体叶绿素a含量保持较平稳状态,6年间没有实质性趋势变化。Based on 2005—2010 years data which water area chlorophyll a content continuous monitoring obtained to the fish reproduction spot in the river of Dongta,Guangxi Guiping city,used Danniel the tendency examination the Spearman rank correlation method of correlates to carry on the research analysis to the fish reproduction spot water area chlorophyll a content change tendency.The result indicated that the fish reproduction spot water area chlorophyll a content maintains the steady condition,during 6 years do not have the substantive tendency change.
