金华猪与长白猪脂肪组织中HSL mRNA丰度的差异研究

摘　　要：运用半定量RT-PCR法对不同生长阶段的金华猪和长白猪背部脂肪组织中激素敏感脂肪酸酶(HSL)基因mRNA的表达丰度进行测定。结果表明:两品种在35、80和125日龄时均检测到了HSL mRNA,两品种猪背部脂肪组织中HSL基因的表达随日龄增加无显著性变化。金华猪HSL mRNA丰度在80日龄时比长白猪低24.24%(P<0.05);在35、125日龄时,两品种间无显著性差异。HSL mRNA abundance in subcutanenous adipose tissue of Jinhua and Landrace pigs（35,80,and 125 days of age） were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of HSL gene had no difference between the two breeds with their growth.In addition,compared with Landrace pigs,HSL mRNA abundance of Jinhua pigs decreased by 24.24% at 80 days of age（P0.05）,whereas,HSL mRNA abundance had no significant difference between the two breeds at 35 and 125 days of age.
