摘 要:采用分散液液微萃取/气相色谱(DLLME/GC)联用技术,分析蔬菜样品中马拉硫磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷3种有机磷的农药残留,并对其萃取条件进行优化。优化后的萃取条件如下:萃取剂为20.0μL二氯苯,分散剂为1.5 mL丙酮,萃取时间为1min。3种有机磷农药均具有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.995,加标回收率为89.9%~105.7%,相对标准偏差为3.8%~7.1%,检出限为0.0211~0.0532 mg/kg。将该方法应用于蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的检测,达到了较为理想的效果。A new method was developed for the determination of 3 organophosphorus pesticide residues,including malathion,parathion and methyl parathion,in vegetables by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography(GC).The extraction conditions were optimized.A good extraction efficiency was obtained by using 20.0 μL dichlorobenzene as extraction solvent,1.5 mL acetone as disperser solvent extracting for 1 min.The calibration curves for 3 organophosphorus pesticides all had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients not less than 0.995.The spiked recoveries ranged from 89.9% to 105.7% with relative standard deviations of 3.8%~7.1%.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.0211~0.0532 mg/kg.The method was applied in the determination for organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables with satisfactory results.
