摘 要:目的:通过对武术套路运动员进行专项素质、技术训练间歇时间的监控,来反映训练强度,把握合理的训练负荷。方法:8名武术套路专业运动员分别以60 s、90 s和120 s组间歇完成三组专项素质动作训练,技术训练分别以2 min、4 min组间歇完成三组半套练习,分别以6 min、8 min间歇完成四个整套练习,在运动前、每组/个训练后取耳血测血乳酸,并监控心率。结果:专项素质训练90 s、120 s间歇运动后即刻,血乳酸值与60 s间歇差异均具显著性(p<0.05);半套第三组练习后即刻,血乳酸值组间歇2min与4 min差异具显著性(p<0.05);整套第四个练习后即刻,血乳酸值组间歇6 min与8 min差异具显著性(p<0.05)。结论:专项素质训练中90 s间歇训练效果较好;半套多组练习,2 min间歇运动强度累积效果好;整套多个练习中6 min间歇对发展运动员耐受高乳酸环境的刺激效果较好。Objective:To reflect the training intensity by monitoring the interval of intermission training in specialized and technical training in order to control the training load.Methods: 8 Wushu routine athletes performed three sets of specialized training by 60s,90s and 120s interval respectively,three sets of semi-routine training by 2min and 4min interval,and four entire routine training by 6min and 8 min interval.The ear blood lactate was measured at before and after every set of training,and the heart rate was monitored meantime.Results: Compared with 60s interval of specialized training,the blood lactate in both 90s and 120s interval shows significant difference(p0.05).The blood lactate in 2min and 4min interval of semi-routine training shows significant difference at instantly after the third set(p0.05).The blood lactate difference in 6min and 8min interval of entire routine training is significant at instantly after the fourth training(p0.05).Conclusions: The 90s interval specialized training can get better effect.The cumulative effect of exercise intensity in 2min interval semi-routine training is relatively better.The 6min interval entire routine training gets the better effect for improving the athletes' capability to tolerate the high blood lactate environment.
