摘　　要：社会资本与农村组织形式创新、内容创新、绩效创新和环节创新紧密相关,并构成了关联共生的农村组织创新的再生产逻辑。社会信任、社会规范和社会网络是影响农村组织创新的隐性社会资本要素。以农村组织成员的身份转换、创新参与主体的引进、组织创新的开放策略以及组织文化建设等结构化的措施生成农村组织创新的社会资本基础。The social capital is closely related to the rural organization innovation of formals,contents,performances and chains.It also composes the co-existing reproduction way of rural organization innovation.Social credits,social norms and social networks are the recessive social capital factors of affecting the rural organization innovation.The structural measures of peasants＇ identity transformation,innovative participants＇ introduction,open strategy of organization innovation and organizational cultural construction should be taken to generate the rural organization innovation based on social capital.
