新型农村合作医疗参与方满意度及影响因素分析——基于广东省的调查研究

摘　　要：针对新型农村合作医疗(简称"新农合")中参与方的满意度及其影响因素,调查了广东省新农合参与方对整体及各项政策的满意度,并探讨影响整体满意度的因素。采用分层整群随机抽样,采用二分类Logistic回归分析,结果表明,参与方对新农合的整体满意率较高,达到89.9%;影响参与方对新农合整体满意度的主要因素是报销比例、报销手续、报销的病种范围、宣传力度、筹资方式、监督方式及政府工作人员的服务态度。The purpose of this paper was to examine the satisfaction of the Rural Innovate Cooperative Medical Care system in Guangdong,and to explore the factors of the Rural Innovated Cooperative Medical Care factors satisfaction.A stratified,randomized study by cluster sampling was employed.The results showed that 89.9% of the interviewers were satisfied with the Rural Innovated Cooperative Medical Care policies.Reimbursement ratio reimbursement procedures,the diseases range of reimburses propaganda,financing mode,supervision ways and the attitude of government staffs were the important factors on overall satisfaction of the Rural Innovated Cooperative Medical Care system.
