摘  要:介绍了煤泥水在线药剂添加平台和工业现场分流实验系统的设计与构建。通过絮凝剂、凝聚剂添加平台实验,得出絮凝剂添加的控制模型为线性模型,凝聚剂的添加与煤泥水体系的电导率有直接关系,并存在一个最佳控制点,确定了药剂添加优化控制策略模型,为工业现场煤泥水药剂优化控制提供理论依据。Design and construction on a platform for on-line reagent addition to slime water and a split experimental system on pilot scale were introduced. Floeculant and coagulant reagents addition experiment results show that flocculant reagents addition control model is a linear model. Conductivity of slime water system is connected directly with coagulant reagents additive amount and there is also a best control point between the two. Based on large numbers of experimental data, an optimized control strategy model for reagents addition has been determined, which provide theoretical basis for on-line reagent addition to slime water in industry.
