病案复印与患者隐私权的保护

摘　　要：随着病案利用的深入,为患者及相关人员复印病案资料成为一项重要工作。本文列举了病案复印中涉及病人隐私的信息,以及在复印过程中除本人以外,代理人、保险机构、公检法、科研应用和未归档病案的复印导致的病案信息泄露的种种情况,论述了保护患者隐私权的重要性和必要性,提出了在病案复印过程中应增强法律意识、加强工作人员自身修养、提高医务人员职业自律性等措施来保护患者隐私权。With in-depth use of medical records,providing copies of medical records for patient and related personnel is an important task.In this paper,enumerated agents,insurance agencies,public security,scientific applications and not archived medical records that leakage information,discussed the importance and necessity of protect privacy,put forward in the process of copying medical records should strengthen legal awareness,strengthen its staff training,improve self-discipline and other measures to protect the privacy of patients.
