摘 要:以存在明显自毒作用的菊花为材料,研究了菊花枯落物、叶、茎、根际土壤和根系水浸液处理对扦插苗根系膜稳定性的影响。结果表明,水浸液扦插生根根系中的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性受到抑制,根系电导率提高;膜脂过氧化作用增强,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。其中浓度为1.6 g/mL的叶水浸液与枯落物水浸液极显著抑制了POD、SOD和CAT的活性,分别比对照减少72.8%和56.0%、29.3%和43.1%、55.0%和74.0%,根系MDA含量则分别比对照增加1.07倍、1.27倍。随着水浸液处理浓度的升高,对扦插根系膜稳定性的破坏效应增强,但在较低浓度下自毒效应较弱,表现出明显的浓度梯度效应。Effects of aquatic extracts from fresh leaves,stem,root,litter and rhizospheric soil of cultivated chrysanthemum species 'Gaoyataizi' on cell membrane stability during the rooting of cutting seedlings of the same plant species were studied.The results showed that aquatic extracts had significant inhibitory effects on the activities of peroxidase(POD),superioxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT).Aquatic extracts from all varieties significantly also increased the MDA content,which led to aggravation of membrane lipid peroxidation.Compared with the CK,the activities of POD,SOD and CAT decreased 72.8%,56.0%,29.3% by leaf extract and 43.1%,55.0% and 74.0% by litter extract,respectively,MDA content increased 107% by leaf extract and 127% by litter extract.Aquatic extracts had significant inhibitory effects on with increasing concentrations of tissue extracts,however,had weak effect at lower concentration.
