叶面喷施味精废液对白菜产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：通过大田试验研究叶面喷施不同浓度味精废液对白菜产量和品质的影响,结果表明:叶面喷施味精废液能促进白菜对养分的吸收,提高白菜产量,增加白菜维生素C和可溶性蛋白的含量,同时降低硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量,但对白菜叶绿素和可溶糖无明显影响。A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of foliar application of different content of monosodium glutamate wastewater on the yield and quality of chinese cabbage.Results showed that foliar application of monosodium glutamate wastewater could improve the yield of chinese cabbage,and the content of Vitamin C and soluble protein were increased,while the content of nitrate and nitrite were reduced,the absorption of nutrients was promoted,however,there was no clearly effect on chlorophyll and soluble sugar.It suggested that monosodium glutamate wastewater had good prospect for agriculture using.
