摘　　要：从农户耕地规模和种子选择的视角出发,采用随机抽样的方法,对我国小麦生产大省河南省的14个县56个行政村300余户农民的进行问卷调查。在分析了小麦种植地块规模、品种数量及种子来源对小麦生产造成影响的基础上,提出从品种审定、良种补贴、保障措施及农民与土地关系等4个方面进行改革,促进小麦生产的可持续发展,以确保国家粮食安全。A survey on the 300 farmers coming from 56 villages of 14country in Henan province were carried though with the random sampling method based on the special viewpoints of farmers plot scale of the land and seed elective behaviors.The data of plot scale of planting wheat,the numbers of wheat varieties and the resource of wheat seed were collected and analyzed.Based on their effect on wheat production,Some countermeasures to promote sustainable development and food security were put forwards on the aspects of wheat variety examining and approving,Agricultural Subsidy on the better variety,ensure measures and the relation between farmer and land.
